The Secret to Getting Amazing Results from Anti-Aging Treatments over 55
If you’re struggling to get amazing results from anti-aging treatments, the issue usually isn’t the device or product — it’s how, when, and how consistently you’re using it. In this video, I’m sharing my exact at-home anti-aging routine, the treatments I rely on, and the simple system I use to stay consistent so my efforts actually pay off. This is the same approach I’ve used for years to keep my skin lifted, smooth, and radiant — all from home.

Why Most At-Home Anti-Aging Treatments Fail
One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is constantly switching devices or products, hoping the next one will finally be “the answer.” However, real transformation doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from doing the right things consistently. Some are small things, others bigger … but collectively they can make a real difference.
At-home anti-aging treatments work best when they’re done at the proper frequency, in the correct order, and with enough time for your skin to respond. Without a plan, it’s easy to under-treat, over-treat, or simply forget altogether.
The Most Overlooked Anti-Aging Tool: Sleep
Before we talk about devices, we have to talk about sleep. Sleep isn’t optional when it comes to skin health — it’s foundational.
I’ve used the Sleep & Glow pillow for years because compression wrinkles are real, and over time they become permanent. This pillow keeps the face elevated and supported, preventing the skin from folding and creasing overnight. Better sleep quality, fewer sleep wrinkles, and improved neck support make this one of the smartest anti-aging investments you can make.
Microcurrent: Fitness for Your Face
Microcurrent is one of my non-negotiables. It stimulates facial muscles, improves firmness, enhances facial contours, and supports circulation. In other words, it keeps the face lifted and toned.
However, microcurrent only works when it’s used consistently. I use it three times a week, just like going to the gym. You can’t expect results from doing it once or twice and giving up — consistency is what creates visible change.
Red Light Therapy for Collagen Support
Collagen loss accelerates dramatically after menopause, which is why red light therapy plays such an important role in my routine. I’ve been using red and near-infrared light for years to support collagen production, improve skin tone, reduce inflammation, and encourage cellular repair.
This isn’t about instant gratification. Instead, it’s about long-term skin health. When used regularly, red light therapy helps maintain structure, elasticity, and resilience as we age.
Microneedling: Boosting Absorption and Repair
Microneedling helps open micro-channels in the skin, allowing serums to penetrate more deeply and work more effectively. I rotate through different microneedling tools depending on my skin’s needs, but the key is spacing treatments correctly.
More is not better here. Microneedling should be done strategically, allowing time for healing and regeneration between sessions.
Dermaplaning: Simple, Effective, and Affordable
Dermaplaning is one of the most cost-effective treatments you can do at home. It removes peach fuzz and dead skin cells, improves texture, and allows skincare and makeup to apply more smoothly.
I only dermaplane once a month. That’s all it takes to see benefits without irritating the skin.
Skin Actives: Vitamin C and Retinol
Every dermatologist will tell you that Vitamin C and retinol are essential. Vitamin C helps brighten and protect the skin, while retinol supports cell turnover and long-term renewal.
That said, mature skin often needs less, not more. I use these actives cautiously — usually once or twice a week — to avoid inflammation and sensitivity.
Why Consistency Is the Real Secret
Here’s the truth: Amazing results from Anti-Aging Treatments come from consistency, not intensity. Most women already own effective tools. What’s missing is a system that removes guesswork and keeps everything on track.
That’s why I created the New Age Beauty Treatment Tracker — a free tool designed to help you organize your treatments, avoid overdoing it, and build a routine you can actually stick with. When you know exactly what to do and when to do it, results naturally follow.
