

One day, almost 10 years ago
when I was in my mid 60’s, a single event changed my life. While showing a condo to a client, we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Upon reaching the second stairwell, I had to sit down when I began gasping for air. In that moment, I knew I had to change course immediately. Within the week, I converted a small area in my bedroom into an exercise niche, using a TRX trainer on the bathroom door plus 4 pair of dumbbells and a vibration plate.
Over the next few weeks I developed a workout routine by researching fitness tips for women over 55 on YouTube, and within a few months, started seeing amazing results working out just 3 days a week.
